Graduate Student in Textile Design, specialising in a Multi-Media disciplinary
My name is Naomi Branch, I have recently graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Textile Design, specialising in Multi-Media design. I've been studying art and design for the past 6 years and have collected a broad field of knowledge and skills, making me a successful designer, combing the skills I've learnt in multiple art and design disciples, including graphic design, fine art, print, carpentry, among other fields.
I am obsessed with colour and the natural world, I love bringing it into my textiles. Most recently, I have completed two projects during my final year at university about my Grandmothers garden, expressing natural forms in vivid colour and a painterly style. To support my studies, I set up a small Etsy business selling bespoke dog portraits and original prints, this has enabled me to support myself as an artist and develop my abilities as a painter.
